Standard Delivery Times:
Continental US: 5–7 business days.
International: 10–14 business days.
Important Notes:
Carriers: Orders ship via UPS/FedEx (USPS handles final US delivery).
Processing Time:
Orders placed Monday–Thursday ship next business day.
Friday–Sunday orders ship the following Monday (excluding US holidays).
Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping notification with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Issues:
Refused/Incorrect Address: Refund issued (minus shipping costs) upon return to our fulfillment center.
Marked as Delivered but Missing: Contact the carrier directly. We’re not liable for stolen packages.
Returns Policy

Return ALL bottles (empty/full/partial), including bonuses/free items, within 180 days of purchase.
Include a written note inside the package with:

Full name & shipping address.
Email & phone number.
Original packing slip (if available).
Processing:
Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we receive and verify your return.
Buyer covers return shipping costs.
International Orders:
Non-refundable $30 shipping fee per product.
